Extremely disappointing and frustrating stay! Negative: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this "hotel," which turned out to be merely an apartment in a residential building. The misleading information about their location caused me to arrive at the wrong place, resulting in me wandering around with heavy luggage for over an hour. When I called for assistance, the response was shockingly unhelpful; the staff member said she was too busy going to eat to help me and promised a callback that never came promptly. The situation escalated when I finally located the building, only to find myself stuck in an empty corridor outside a locked door late at night. Despite explaining my predicament, the staff refused to provide me with the entry code until I paid, showing no regard for the inconvenient and frustrating circumstances they had put me in. This standoff in the corridor, demanding payment before access, was not only unwelcoming but also distressing. Communication continued to be a problem throughout my stay. After the initial ordeal, there was no follow-up call to check on my well-being or to apologize for the difficulties they caused. The only communication I received thereafter was a reminder of my departure, further emphasizing their lack of care and customer service. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The complete disregard for guest comfort and the utter lack of hospitality were appalling. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want your trip marred by stress and unwelcoming hosts.
