2 Bedroom Smart Home with a Panoramic Marina View

Positive: Excellent location in Dubai Marina. The apartment was amazing, with a beautiful view over the Marina, especially stunning in the evening with all the lights. Waking up to that view every day was truly a highlight of our stay ! The neighborhood is perfect for a family (with two kids 3yo and 6yo). Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets, Marina Walk, JBR beach, and plenty of activities for children. The area feels safe, lively, and very convenient. From this location, we were able to explore all of Dubai very easily: Downtown, the old city, the Palm, beaches, and more. It’s perfectly connected and makes getting around simple and quick. We really enjoyed staying in Dubai Marina, it’s one of the best areas to experience the city in my opinion. I recommend for families or anyone looking for a view and a great base to discover all of Dubai. Negative: Nothing

Déçue d’avoir un bien pas propre et un manque d’assistance de l’équipe qui dit en plus d’être à votre service : c’est fa Positive: Bon emplacement Negative: J’ai été très déçue des échanges que j’ai eu avec LUXFolio Retreats, à savoir que je leur ai fait part de mon mécontentement quant à la propreté de l’appartement. À notre arrivée nous avons retrouver l’appartement dans un état pas très propre : des cheveux partout dans l’appartement et sur les serviettes, des bouloches au sol, poubelle cassée, interrupteur sale, mûr taché, problème d’évacuation etc… Ils n’ont pas solutionné mon problème me disant que le nécessaire avait été fait de leur côté (la moindre des choses aurait été de se déplacer, constater mes dires et proposer une solution plutôt que de me contredire). J’ai trouvé ce comportement très peu professionnel car nous louons un bien et attendons un service derrière, le prix de l’appartement n’étant pas négligeable il est de notre droit de vouloir un bien propre et une assistance en cas de besoin. Le comble dans tout cela c’est que mes derniers messages sont restés sans réponse.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The entire place is equipped with an Apple Smart Home system, allowing you to control everything easily from an iPad — lights, curtains, temperature, and more. The view from the terrace overlooking the Marina is breathtaking, especially at night. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the metro and JBR, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The host was friendly, professional, and always available for any questions. Truly a five-star experience! Negative: There’s honestly nothing to complain about — everything exceeded our expectations.
