Needs improvement ! Positive: The apartment was clean and facilities were above average, and could have been better Negative: Availability of Drinking water should be available at the apartment. Just 2 small bottles were provided throughout the stay of 4 nights. I appreciate its not a hotel, however, drinking water is a basic need and should be provided throughout the stay as a courtesy, even if at an additional or built-in cost. The other issue was late check in was not available, and nor any safe place to leave luggage, it was such an embarrassing situation struggling with the apartment manager and the security, especially in a situation where I had to check out at 11 am (sharp), and my flight was at 20.50 HRS late in the night. No clear instructions at the time of handover were available.
