Elegant 2 Bed Downtown Duplex - Prime Location

Positive: This was a very bad experience. The apartment turned out to be located next to a boulevard with very lively traffic during the day and night, making it impossible to sleep. It wasn't very clean, and the plumbing didn't work well. But most importantly, we moved out the next day because we simply couldn't sleep or be in that noise. We notified the manager that we were moving out, left the keys, and moved to another hotel. After that, we contacted Booking and explained the situation, asking for help and to return at least part of the money. Booking was in touch, responded quickly, and made maximum efforts to resolve the issue. All emails and calls from Booking and our requests to the management company of these apartments went unanswered. They are deceiving people and do not respond.
