Elegant and Spacious 2-Bedroom Apartment in JVT

Great location but management of the facility Positive: The location is perfect Negative: There were a lot cockroaches and spiders. The washing machine drain hose was connected directly to the open floor drain and these insects are coming from there. The facility did not clearly communicate their terms and conditions during booking. For example it mentioned that towels and toiletries are provided but it just only at check in. I expected that toiletries and bedding will be replaced every week. I was lucky that I came with my nanny. I think it’s important to clearly communicate these details as part of the terms.
